Angie’s career in the event industry began in 1988, with the first 10 years spent in a variety of corporate event marketing positions at Chick-fil-A, MCI Telecommunications and The Coca-Cola Company.
Angie thrives on high-touch boutique meetings, receptions, gala dinners and domestic and international leadership programs where an immense degree of attention to detail is required. She is the resident foodie at MEETINGS PLANNED HERE specializing in Food & Beverage trends, but also serves as the CFO and technology specialist.
Wendy began her career in the hotel, audio visual and meeting/event planning industries in 1985, joining MEETINGS PLANNED HERE as a partner in 2002. She has routinely managed events for groups numbering 10 to 3,000 in local, national and international locations.
Wendy’s specialties include developing registration websites, creating and managing detailed executive itineraries, registration/housing and ground transportation management, VIP management, creative food and beverage concepts, innovative décor design, and overall travel logistics. She has strong on-site operational skills in all areas of event execution.
Jo is our big picture visionary. She thrives on both large group events requiring complex planning and management along with small Executive retreats. The founder of MEETINGS PLANNED HERE, Jo brings over 33 years of corporate meeting management experience to this team, overseeing many types of projects with large numbers of staff and interfacing with local Destination Management Companies.
She is responsible for all phases of event coordination for projects ranging in size from 10 to 3500 attendees on a local, national and international basis. She has regularly managed multi-city events that exceeded 1200 attendees per city.
